I would like to personally thank everyone that came out during our 4th Annual Greek Picnic Weekend!
This was by far the biggest and best in its short history. On Friday, May 4th, we kicked off the
festivities with a Happy Hour/Party with a Purpose at the Azul Lounge. Next we put on our bowling
shoes on Saturday, May 5th and raised over $18,000 at Bowl for Kids Sake at Palace Lanes. The event
raised funds to benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Houston. We had 25 teams to register! The
“bigs” and the “littles” had an great time! Finally, we wrapped up the weekend on Sunday, May 6th
with our Friends and Family Picnic at Christina V. Adair Park. Attendance exceeded our expectations
and the parking lot was overflowing! The 32nd Grand Polemarch of Kappa Alpha Psi, William “Randy”
Bates, Esq. and his family was in attendance.
